myReadings

If you have used MyReadings in the past, and wish to roll over a reading list from a previous year, please follow the instructions below.

a) In your new D2L / MyCourseLink site for your course, follow the instructions above to add the MyReadings module into your new course-site.

b) The rollover instructions below begin at step (G) of the "adding MyReadings" instructions... where you are considering creating a new reading list from scratch.

c)  Scroll down the page, below Create a new reading list from scratch, and choose Roll over reading lists from an existing course.

d) When you click on Roll Over Reading Lists from an existing course,  it will give you the option to choose the course whose reading list you would like brought over:

e) Enter the title or code of the course and it will then give you options to choose from as shown below:

In this example, I will choose the course that does not say NEW at the beginning.  You will choose the year you would like to roll over if given a choice for multiple years. ie. (2021F) ANTH 1100 

f)  As shown below, you may go through the list and choose what parts of the reading list you would like to bring over. If you would like to start fresh and just have the reading list itself brought over, you may just click on ROLL OVER.

g) On the next screen (shown below), simply click OK.

The previous year’s reading list has been rolled over. You may look at the reading list and you may add or delete any readings at any time.  
Please remember to click on Library Review once you are ready to have the library process your request.
