Phase 6. Writing the report

  • At the final phase, the themes are developed into analytical themes for discussing your findings in relation to the research questions.
  • This can involve slightly modifying the themes into more complex phrases (analytical themes) to present your findings in a more nuanced way.
  • The outcome of this stage could be a model of thematic analysis outcome. See the figure below as an example.
