What is littleBits?
littleBits is a kit that provides a platform of easy-to-use electronic building blocks to create inventions. The electronic building blocks allows students to connect circuits and power to create working inventions.
In the Education Library you have access to the littleBits Premium Kit. Ask at the Education Library Circulation Desk to make arrangements for borrowing.
How it works (from the littleBits "What is littleBits" page):
It Starts with Power: Start any circuit with a blue Power module, powered by a battery or AC adapter
Snap 'em Together: Modules snap together with magnets so it's impossible to make a mistake
Control with an Input: Pink Input modules include buttons, switches, and sensors to interpret their surroundings.
Add an Output: Green modules are outputs and add motion, light, sound, and more to your circuit.
