How to Evaluate Websites

A search using Google and Google Scholar (or any other search engine) can return thousands of results. 

It is important that you evaluate the websites that you find ... what type of website is it?  Look closely at the information , is it an article, a blog post, an advertisement, an open access book, etc etc

Anyone can post information on the Web and it is very important that you evaluate each site that you find.  

Consider these criteria when you find a website that you would like to use:
