The Albert E. Allen fonds includes notes, correspondence, bird observation data, and natural history journals from aformer member of the Thunder Bay Field Naturalists Society. 1921-1966.

The Bill Addison fonds relates to Addison's advocacy work on the development and management of Provincial Parks in Ontario. The records reflect the work of several advocacy groups in relationship with the Ministry of Natural Resources. 1967-2001.

The Claude Garton fonds consists mostly of Garton's plant research and observations. 1908-1989.

The Claude Garton Herbarium fonds includes collection records, documents about specific sites, and correspondence. 1935-2016.

The Ellie Prepas fonds consists mostly of water quality research. Her research was carried out in lakes in Alberta and in Northwestern Ontario, 1973-2009.

The Harold Braun fonds relates to provincial parks: specifically to concerns around logging and forest conservation in Quetico in the early 1970s. (Braun was also former Principal of the Lakehead Technical Institute, and first Dean of University Schools.)

The Ken Armson fonds has over 7,000 images of forests and forestry practices from 1952-2000.

The Nigel Juhtund fonds includes bird observations, 1952-1985, many of which were in the Schreiber area.

The records of the Thunder Bay Field Naturalists Society cover 1933-1990, and illustrate the activities of the Society as well as member research, newsletters, and lobbying.

The Thunder Cape Bird Observatory fonds, 2009-2016, includes spring and fall logs and banding data.

The Walter Momot fonds relates to water quality and freshwater fish research in Northwestern Ontario, 1950-2005.
