VOSviewer
VOSviewer is a free software for constructing and visualizing bibliometric networks and can work with data from several bibliographic databases including Web of Science, Scopus, Dimensions, and PubMed. It can ingest reference manager files (i.e., Bibtex, EndNote, and RefWorks files). VOSviewer can download data through an API (i.e., Crossref API, OpenAlex API, Europe PMC API, and several others).

Types of Visualization
- Bibliographic coupling networks: Depicting similarities between publications based on shared references.
- Citation analysis: Analyzing the relationships among publications by identifying the most influential publications in a research field.
- Co-authorship networks: Visualizing collaboration patterns between authors.
- Co-citation networks: Showing how frequently two publications are cited together.
- Co-occurrence networks: Illustrating relationships between keywords or topics.
