Distance Education Library Services

If you want to know which items you have checked out, you will need to check your library account. The "login to your account" is in the upper right hand corner.

Connecting from off-campus is easy; as soon as you click on any e-resource, you will be prompted with this login screen. Enter your lakeheadu.ca email username and password, and click submit. You should then be connected to the e-resource.

To obtain a Student Photo ID Card online, go to the online application form which appears at the bottom of the Student Card Online Application

You will need:

• Your Lakehead University myInfo username, omitting the @lakeheadu.ca, and your myInfo password.
• Name
• Lakehead University ID Number
• Distance Education Status
• Digital picture saved as a .jpg (please see the guidelines for more information).

Your information will be verified and a Lakehead University Photo ID Card will be mailed to you.
