LibQUAL+™ survey is complete!
In February 2013, Lakehead University Library asked students, faculty and staff to share their thoughts about the library’s collections, services, access and space by completing a LibQUAL+™ survey. Thank you to all who responded and congratulations to Jessica McAnulty and Shazali Osman who were the lucky winners of the $50 Lakehead University bookstore gift certificates. With 618 completed surveys the Library will make a donation of $154.50 to LUSU for their food banks on the Thunder Bay and Orillia campuses.
Please watch for a summary of our findings and recommendations in the coming months on the LibQUAL+™ website. Thank you again to all of the respondents for your valuable input.
LibQUAL+™ is a Library Service Quality Survey.LibQUAL+™ is intended to provide a measure of the value of library service quality across multiple academic and research libraries. The current LibQUAL+™ instrument measures library users’ perceptions of their libraries’ service quality and identifies gaps between minimal, desired and perceived levels of service.
See Library Action Reports to find out how we've used previous LibQUAL+™ results to improve library services.
